Astralis CS:GO Coach Zonic Shares His Thoughts About The 2019

Danny Sørensen, known as “zonic” is a 33-year-old Danish former Counter-Strike player who had played for teams like SK Gaming, mTw, Mousesports and many more. With CS:GO, he started his coaching career in 2015 for the Team Dignitas. On 18 January 2016, he joined the Astralis and they dominated the scene after two years.

On 16 December, he revealed his opinion about 2019 and how things went for Astralis.

zonic said:

“What a way to end the season. The Blast Pro Series Global Finals was our final tournament of the year and It was a very important one to me and my team. We have been working hard and wanted to end the year with another trophy in our hands.”

He added:

Im increadbly proud. Of my players, of myself and the organiztion behind us. Everyone has been working day and night to make championships ike these come true. We have had ups and downs in terms of results this year, but no matter what, we have been true to ourselves and trusted the process all the way. Thanks everyone who has been supporting us!”

In 2019, Astralis managed to win Intel Extreme Masters XIII – Katowice Major 2019, BLAST Pro Series: São Paulo 2019, StarLadder Berlin Major 2019, Intel Extreme Masters XIV – Beijing, Esports Championship Series Season 8 – Finals and BLAST Pro Series: Global Final 2019.
