Lukas Egholm Rossander, known as “Gla1ve,” is a 25-year-old Danish CS:GO player who has been playing under Astralis jersey for over three years. In his career, he earned over $1.500.000 from the events.

In May 2020, Gla1ve announced that he is benching himself and this is the hardest decision of his life. In the post, Gla1ve revealed that he is taking a break due to the burnout problems, and he will return whenever he is ready.

Furthermore, Astralis player Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz spoke in the interview with hltv.org about a month ago and stated that Gla1ve’s return is planned to be in August, even though the exact date is not certain yet.

Today, Gla1ve has shared a new post on his official Twitter account and made a new statement about his return to the roster.

In the tweet, Gla1ve stated that he is looking forward to coming back but he is taking it to step by step. Because of that, he won’t be attending the ESL One Cologne. However, Gla1ve said that he will help his teammates in this tournament to take the trophy and announced his return to the team, even though he is not coming back as a player.

Here is what Gla1ve said:

“I am looking so much forward to coming back! I will take it to step by step which means I won’t be playing ESL Cologne, but I will help the team all I can so we can take the trophy home.

A huge thanks to all who supported me during my break, it truly means so much to me!”

Former player and analyst Pimp replied:

“Looking forward to have you back!”
