Andreas Højsleth, known as “Xyp9x,” is a 26-year-old Danish CS:GO player who has been representing Astralis for over five years. Before that, he had played for teams like Team SoloMid, Team Dignitas, and more.

Astralis found a ticket to compete at PGL Major Stockholm 2021, but their journey was cut short in there, which happened after such a long time. Following their elimination, Xyp9x shared his feelings about their performances.

In the post, the experienced player pointed out that he is incredibly disappointed in his own performance at the event and admitted that he had been pretty inconsistent throughout the tournament.

Moreover, Xyp9x mentioned that it is now time to watch their VODs and the remaining teams in the tournament to learn. Also, the veteran player wished luck for the all teams in the tournament.

While Xyp9x was sharing his feelings about his individual performance, he also thanked every single fan for their support in the event and thank PGL for everything they have done for the players so far.

Xyp9x after the elimination:

We got a slap on our face this tournament. Incredible disappointed in my own performance and inconsistency this tournament. Time to watch and learn from the remaining teams and grind.

Thanks for the support everyone, means a lot. Good luck to all the remaining teams. And last, thanks PGL for taking great care of us.”
