Hunter Schline, known as “BabyJ,” is a 23-year-old American former Halo player who transitioned to VALORANT back in May 2020. In June 2021, he joined FaZe Clan and has been playing for them since then.

Even though FaZe signed BabyJ to find success against the other top tier teams such as Team Envy, 100 Thieves, Team SoloMid, and more, the roster couldn’t find any success in this four-month period.

Following their elimination from VCT: NA Last Chance to qualify for the biggest tournament in the scene, VALORANT Champions 2021, BabyJ took his official Twitter account to share new information about his future.

In the post, BabyJ pointed out that he is pretty upset with the results they bring and said that he knows every career starts with tough losses, and he is looking forward to carrying trophies in the future.

However, he stated that his future with FaZe Clan is unknown right now. Furthermore, the talented player thanked FaZe Clan for giving him an opportunity to show his talent and making him a better player.

BabyJ announced:

Not the result I wanted with FaZe Clan for my entrance into Valorant. I know every great career begins with tough losses & I will be holding up trophies soon.

My future with FaZe is unknown so for now, I’ll thank them & the team for giving me a chance & forming me into a better player.”
