Chaos Esports Club Player Smooya: “This Is The Secret Of Being Successful In Counter-Strike!”

20-year-old British CS:GO player Owen Butterfield, known as “smooya,” has been representing Chaos Esports Club for over a month. Before that, he was playing for BIG Clan since April 2018.
A few days ago, smooya shared a post on his Twitter account and stated that mental health is the key to success in Counter-Strike. Also, he explained how to be in good mental health.
Here is what smooya said:
“I swear you can only perform good in cs when you have a good mental space outside of CS, once all issues are sorted and you’re just a happy geek gaming nothing can stop you”
A fan named el1teman asked:
“So what did you do to get a good mental space?”
smooya replied:
“Realise what’s important to you, healthy family and friends + a little bit of spare money to spend on good food like (@McDonalds). But honestly just find something you’re passionate about and put everything you have into it”
el1teman replied:
“But you are in NA and I don’t think you brought family and friends there unless you made new ones) Keep grinding you keep performing phenomenally, hopefully you learn how to be more consistent against tier2 and maybe tier1 in the future and be UK pride. I’m done. Gn”
smooya wrote:
“Nope but before I left I made sure I’m able to still provide and support my family better than ever and that makes me more than happy. Letting my mum not worry about a single bill or how food will be on the table for her, it’s a cool feeling I hope everyone feels someday”
