Ricky “floppy” Kemery is a 21-year-old American former CS:GO player who had been playing for Cloud9 since January 2020. On the other hand, Erick “Xeppaa” Bach is a 20-year-old player who was representing Cloud9 since January 2021.

After Cloud9 failed to make their brand new roster work in the tournaments, the organization announced that they quit CS:GO scene until the coronavirus outbreak is over. Later on, the players started to look for new opportunities.

Afterward, Cloud9 announced on their official Twitter account yesterday that they re-signed two of their CS:GO players, Floppy and Xeppaaa for their Valorant roster and surprised the whole community with these signings.

Here is the official announcement from Cloud9:

“There’s about to be a whole lot more Chaos in the server. Please join us in welcoming Xeppaaa to Cloud9 Blue.

This one’s no imposter. We’re excited to announce that floppy has joined Cloud9 Blue.”
