Josh Abastado, known as “shinobi,” is a 26-year-old American former CS:GO player/coach who had played for teams likes eUnited, Complexity Gaming, and more.

shinobi has been on trial for Cloud9 since May and has been playing in the tournaments for the roster since then. After two months with huge success, Cloud9 decided to add shinobi to the Valorant squad.

Also, shinobi won the ‘Elite Esports – Rivalry Bowl North America‘ and ‘EsportsDoug x eUnited Charity Clash‘ tournaments and made it to the grand finals at ‘Pulse Invitational’ and ‘Immortals First Light.’

While Cloud9 announced their fourth member, they are still looking for another player to represent their jersey. Furthermore, shinobi stated that he is so excited to play for Cloud9 in the future.

Here is the statement from Cloud9:

“There’s no way you could have seen this coming, because he’s a ninja after all… The 4th Cloud9 Valorant player is none other than shinobi! Welcome to the Cloud9 family!”

shinobi said:

Joined Cloud9 for Valorant. Super excited for the future with this team!”
