Bok Han-gyu, known as “Reapered,” is a 28-year-old South Korean League Of Legends coach who had been working for the North American organization, Cloud9, since May 2016.

After a successful year in the league, Cloud9 lastly fought for a spot in the League Of Legends World Championship in the last split. However, they couldn’t pass Team SoloMid in the third round of playoffs and eliminated from the tournament.

Even though they had a great year overall, Cloud9 decided to part ways with the coach of the team and announced it on the official Twitter account. They wish the best for him and thanked for the efforts that he gave in these four years with Cloud9.

Furthermore, Reapered took to his official Twitter account to share his feelings about leaving Cloud9 and said goodbye to the organization.

Reapered thanked the staff members and players who worked with him for years and showed his gratitude to the fans. Also, he stated that he is so grateful for all of the people who supported them with all the emotions.

Here is the Cloud9’s official statement:

Today, we announce the departure of #C9LoL‘s Head Coach, Reapered. Thank you for all the memories, draft kingdoms, and achievements within the last 4 years & we wish nothing but the best in your future endeavors!”

Here is what Reapered said:

“Thank you to all the staff members and to all the players who worked with me. And thank you to the fans who watched our journey from beginning to end, and thank you for being with us, happiness, sadness, disappointment, fulfillment, and all the emotions, with us!

When there is a meeting, there is a parting. Let’s start a new journey with only good memories. Thank you for letting me have a warm farewell, and let’s cheer for us who will go different ways in the future.”
