Mehmet Yağız İpek, known as “cNed,” is a 19-year-old Turkish Valorant player who started playing with BBL Esports in July 2020. In March 2021, he joined Acend and has been playing for the organization since then.

Yesterday, cNed was interviewed by Acend’s YouTube account and talked about facing Tyson “TenZ” Ngo, Turkish teams, and many more.

One of the most controversial topics in Valorant is picking the primary assault rifle in between Vandal and Phantom. Even though both guns have their own benefits in certain situations, the community still wonders what is the best choice.

In the conversation, cNed revealed that he has been using Vandal for a while and explained why he doesn’t use Phantom at all even though it has statistically better numbers compared to Vandal.

While cNed was saying that Phantom is a better weapon overall, he also touched upon the inconsistencies that the gun has. As cNed said, he won’t be using Phantom until Riot Games brings a huge buff to the weapon.

cNed revealed his choice between Vandal or Phantom:

“I think phantom is better but I’m using Vandal because I can’t use Phantom. it’s not stable for me, so I’m using Vandal. I prefer Vandal until Phantom gets too much buff I think.”
