Jamie Hall, known as “Keita,” is a 28-year-old British CS:GO coach who had started working for Complexity Gaming in August 2018 as an analyst. After getting coaching experience in Chaos Esports Club, he returned to Complexity in June 2019 as a coach.

Complexity Gaming announced their new roster through the end of 2019, and they started to play on top of the standings since the beginning. Although they had lots of good matchups for two years, the 2021 was going really tough for them.

Because of the demotivating results, the organization wanted to make changes in their roster, but not on the players’ side. Instead, Complexity Gaming parted ways with their long-time coach keita and announced it on Twitter.

While Complexity Gaming was saying goodbye to keita, the CEO of the organization, Jason Lake, mentioned that it has been such a pleasure to work with him. Also, he wished luck on his new journey.

Afterward, Keita also thanked Complexity Gaming as well as the players for all the things they have done for him and announced that he has been considering his new options for the future. However, he didn’t reveal any details so far.

My time with Complexity has come to an end,” Keita said. “Thank you to everyone at the CoL organization and especially the players I’ve worked with over the past 2 years. Currently evaluating all options and looking forward to my next chapter!”

Here is the official announcement from Complexity Gaming:

Today, Complexity Counter-Strike and keita have mutually agreed to part ways. Thank you for all the hard work and precious memories. We wish you the best of luck in the future.”
