Aleksandar Trifunović, known as “kassad,” is a 33-year-old Serbian CS:GO coach who lastly worked for 100 Thieves in between October 2019 – April 2020. Before that, he was working for Renegades.

During the recent interview with Hltv, kassad revealed the biggest problem he ever faced in his career while mentioning himself.

In the conversation, kassad stated that his biggest obstacle most of the time is himself because he can be stubborn most of the times which he can get in his own way. Also, kassad said that he is so competitive person that this can cost him relationships. asked:

“Through your time as a coach, what is the biggest obstacle you have faced, or a challenge you are still trying to overcome?”

kassad replied:

“That’s an interesting question. My biggest obstacle most of the time is myself, I tend to be stubborn sometimes and I can get in my own way. I’m super competitive by nature, and even though that is a good thing most of the time, it can cost you some relationships.” asked:

“Have you received coaching offers so far? What are your requirements from a team in order to join them? Is Europe a preference, or would you return to North America?”

kassad said:

“Yes, I have received a few different offers from both regions in the past month and a half, but none of them seemed right, for one reason or another. I don’t really have a preference when it comes to region to be honest, but I do plan my next organization to be my last coaching gig.

My priority is a title contender team, a healthy organisation with a winning culture. I believe i have a lot to offer to any team that I end up joining and if there is an organization that believes the same, feel free to contact me at”
