Joakim Gidetun, known as “disco doplan,” is a 24-year-old Swedish CS:GO player who had played for teams like Fnatic, GODSENT, Red Reserve, Smash Esports, and more.

During the recent interview with hltv.org, disco doplan recalled the time he was playing in Fnatic and explained how it felt like to play in the roster.

In the conversation, he stated that it felt like they added him because they were forced to do it due to the Major rules. Furthermore, disco doplan said that if they could have a chance to play with Jesper “JW” Wecksell or Robin “flusha” Rönnquist, they would definitely do it instead of playing with him.

Here is what disco doplan said:

“In Epsilon and GODSENT, I achieved things with the team, while playing in NiP I was just a stand-in and in fnatic it felt forced because of the Major rules. I think they would’ve played with flusha and JW if they had the chance.”

disco doplan about his Red Reserve days:

“When we started with Red Reserve, we were decent, but at the same time we weren’t contending with the top teams, so we started having some internal issues and when Brollan and twist went to fnatic it was more or less just a downward spiral.”
