Joshua Nissan, known as “steel” has been playing CS:GO for almost 7 years. In that period of time, steel played teams like iBUYPOWER, Torqued, GX and more. Currently, he is playing for Ghost Gaming. On 30 May, he replied a tweet and shared his opinion about it.

steel said:

“Actually good advice for any young person interested in pursuing an esports dream One thing I would add to it though is know your limits and set realistic goals. Just like traditional sports, musicians, and actors, not everyone has what it takes and not everyone will make it.”

Mousesports player STYKO replied:

“SO TRUE. Set. Realistic. Goals. Start with small ones, it will create a snowball of you wanting to achieve more complex ones. 1st month: grind 100 pug games 2nd month: win 100 pug games 3rd month: get in top3 of your ladder etc.”
