In the statement, Twistzz stated that this game was his last game under the Team Liquid jersey and announced his departure from the roster. While saying that he will be sharing more information about his future, he also showed his respect for Astralis.

Here is the statement from Twistzz:

Gg’s and congrats to Astralis, no other team I’d rather play against in a final and especially my last game with Team Liquid, the fans and family i’ve made here over the past 3 and a half years. These are some of the most important memories of my career. Thank you all.

I’ll comment about my future soon, I hope I bring the NA support where ever I go in EU. I wish all the best to and for my teammates. Happy holidays everyone and stay safe.”
