Andreas Højsleth, known as “Xyp9x,” is a 24-year-old Danish CS:GO player who had been playing for Astralis since January 2016. In May 2020, he wanted to step back from the scene due to the burnout.

About a month ago, Astralis player Nicolai “dev1ce” Reedtz spoke in the recent conversation with hltv.org and revealed the return dates of Lukas “gla1ve” Rossander and Xyp9x. While he was saying that gla1ve will be returning in August, Xyp9x’s return is not certain yet.

On the recent Instagram posts that Xyp9x shared, we can see that he reunited with his teammate Peter “dupreeh” Rasmussen after a two-month break, and they spend lots of time together while watching the old Astralis matches.

However, we are not sure when Xyp9x will be playing for Astralis jersey again even though he returned back to his home. But, we can say that the return of Xyp9x is getting closer, and it may be even on the same day as gla1ve’s return.

Here is what Xyp9x captioned:

“Reunited 💗 dupreeh’s home setup is insane! Watching good memories. 💪”
