Denuvo DRM Makes Resident Evil 2: Remake 4-12 FPS Slower

Recently, Capcom released a Denuvo-free version of Resident Evil 2: Remake to the public by mistake. YouTube channel ‘NeonGamin’ made a comparison between the “Denuvo-powered” and the “Denuvo-free” versions.

According to Neon Gaming’s comparison, the Resident Evil Denuvo-Free version runs faster than 4-12 FPS and its loading times is shorter than Denuvo-powered version.

The Free-Denuvo version of Devil May Cry 5, another game of Capcom, provided a better performance as well.
