One of the biggest esports organizations in the world, Evil Geniuses, has been competing for games like CS:GO, League Of Legends, Dota 2, and many more. In November 2017, they had entered the Rainbow Six Siege scene.

Evil Geniuses has shared a new post on the official Twitter account and announced that they decided to leave the competitive Rainbow Six Siege scene. With this news, Rainbow Six Siege community lost one of the biggest organizations in their competitive scene.

After seeing this news, Evil Geniuses players shared their reactions by replying to the tweet and showed their gratitude for the organization.

Here is the statement from Evil Geniuses:

“Today we say farewell to Rainbow Six Siege as we exit the game. Our time together was nothing short of villainous, and we thank each and every one of our fans for cheering us on.”

Evil Geniuses player Necrox said:

It was a good run boys. Proud of what we’ve accomplished, and I wish we could have done more but everything eventually comes to an end. Not entirely sure what our plans are for the future (things have been very poorly communicated). But it looks like I’ll be enjoying Valorant”

Another player of Evil Geniuses, nvK said:

“First off, I would like to thank everyone that has ever supported us. The last few years have been filled with ups and downs but you guys stuck by our side through everything and are the reason we get to do what we do and I can’t thank you enough.”

Former legendary player of EG, Canadian wrote:

“Some lifelong memories, lessons, and friendships that I will have forever from playing on this team that I’ll always cherish. Really sad to see their time in the game-ending. Also extremely frustrated and disappointed about the position the players are put into with our new league.”
