Dennis Johnsen, known as “Svenskeren,” is a 25-year-old American League Of Legends player who has been representing Evil Geniuses for over eight months. Previously, he was playing for Cloud9.

Evil Geniuses, unfortunately, couldn’t make it to the finals of LCS Summer 2021, but they put out a great show throughout the playoffs. Even though they won the first match against Dignitas, they lost a tough series against 100 Thieves.

Afterward, the North American organization lost against Cloud9 in the Losers’ Round and was eliminated from the tournaments. After their loss, Svenskeren talked about their performance in the post-match interview.

In the conversation, Svenskeren was asked what changed in Evil Geniuses compared to the last season, and he mentioned that they didn’t get worse or better this season, they are about the same level as the last year.

Furthermore, Svenskeren also pointed out that they are really inconsistent as a team, which didn’t change since the last season. Also, the 25-year-old jungler stated that they can be so good and bad at the same time.

Svenskeren talked about their performance compared to last season in the interview:

“I think we are very inconsistent as a team and that hasn’t really changed from 2020. We can be very good, but we can also be very bad. That’s kind of my take on it. I wouldn’t say we improved a lot from last year, but also, we didn’t really get worse. I think we just kind of stayed the same.”

Later in the conversation, Svenskeren explained what was the real problem against Cloud9 and said that they didn’t have any idea of what to do because Cloud9 wasn’t forcing fights all the time.
