Russel David Van Dulken, known as “twistzz,” is a 21-year-old Canadian CS:GO player who had been playing for Team Liquid since April 2017. In December 2020, Team Liquid cut twistzz from the active roster.

Last year, Team Liquid parted ways with their long time in-game leader, nitr0, and things have been so rough for the roster. After the departure of nitr0, Stewie2k become the new in-game leader, but they couldn’t perform well.

Following the bad results and disappointments, Team Liquid decided to part ways with twistzz and shocked the community. Afterward, they announced the agreement of FalleN, who will fill the gap of the in-game leader and AWPer roles.

Yesterday, Team Liquid and FalleN played their debut match at Blast Premier Global Final 2020 against Natus Vincere, and they managed to get pass the CIS team with 2-0. After the match, twistzz took his official Twitter account to share his thoughts about the new Team Liquid lineup.

In the tweet, twistzz stated that FalleN is looking really well in the new Team Liquid roster and congratulated his former teammates and friends for the victory. In this way, twistzz also showed once again that there is no bad blood between him and Team Liquid.

Here is what twistzz said:

“Fallen is looking great in the lineup, solid first map for my friends on Team Liquid.”
