One of the biggest esports organizations in the world, FaZe Clan, announced via Twitter that they remove Kay and suspended Jarvis, Nikan, and Teeqo.

This announcement might shock most of the community, but it happened because of the cryptocurrency scam allegations that recently brought to light via Coffeezilla on Youtube.

The allegations suggested that Kay hyped up the altcoin named ‘‘Save The Kids’ purposely just to get other people to invest their money in this altcoin.

As reported, Kay immediately took back all his money and made the coin drop in value, which also made every other investor lost their money in the end.

Even though Kay mentioned on Twitter that he has no intention to scam his followers and the people, he also admitted that he made a mistake by revealing his opinion on cryptocurrency even without knowing much about the topic.

However, this announcement wasn’t enough for FaZe Clan as well as the community. Therefore, FaZe Clan decided to part ways with Kay and decided to suspend Jarvis, Nikan, and Teeqo until further notice.

FaZe Clan didn’t explain what will happen in the future about the suspended members, but they revealed the trust and respect of the fans is their top priority.

Here is the official announcement from FaZe Clan:

“We have made the decision to remove Kay from FaZe Clan, and have suspended Jarvis, Nikan, and Teeqo until further notice.

FaZe Clan had absolutely no involvement with our members’ activity in the cryptocurrency space, and we strongly condemn their recent behaviour. The trust and respect of our fans has been, and will always be, our number one priority.”
