Ricky Kemery, known as “floppy,” is a 20-year-old American CS:GO player who has been playing for Cloud9 since January 2020. Before that, he had played for teams like ATK, Team Singularity, and more.

After signing the ATK roster about ten months ago, Cloud9 couldn’t get any achievements in this period and wanted to reform their squad with the addition of Henry “HenryG” Greer and Aleksandar “kassad” Trifunović.

Since then, they have agreed with former Team Vitality player Alex “ALEX” McMeekin, former Mousesports player Özgür “woxic” Eker, and the young prodigy William “mezii” Merriman.

Also, they had been trying to add their player Josh “oSee” Ohm and floppy for the new colossus squad. But, they rejected this offer because they wanted to stick together as a roster. However, floppy changed his mind in the end.

While Cloud9 is happy to welcome floppy again to their new roster, floppy stated that it was a really tough decision to make and said goodbye to his former teammates, which they have been playing together since ATK.

Here is the announcement from Cloud9:

A familiar face joins the fray as the 6th page in #C9CSGO‘s new chapter… Please welcome floppy back to the #C9FAM as the 4th player of the Colossus!”

Happy to be part of the COLOSSUS! Thank you oSee, JT, T.c, motm, and Sonic for the great memories, it was a tough decision for me. I’ll miss you guys.”
