Former Natus Vincere CS:GO Player Seized About s1mple: “It Was Difficult To Play With Him”

Denis Valeryevich Kostin, known as “Seized,” is a 26-year-old Russian CS:GO player who had played for teams like Natus Vincere, Gambit Esports, Vega Squadron, and more. Right now, he is playing for Cyber Legacy.

Seized spoke in a recent interview with and revealed the best and worst teammates he ever played within his career.

In the conversation, Seized mentioned how a great person Egor “flamie” Vasilev was and explained why he is the best teammate he ever played with. Seized stated that they were both having mutual understanding inside and outside of the game and that’s why they were close friends when he was playing under NaVi jersey.

Furthermore, Seized called out one of the best players in the game, Oleksandr “s1mple” Kostyliev, and said that he was one of the worst teammates he ever played within his career.

Seized pointed out that it was so difficult to play with s1mple because of his temperament and poor choice of words back in the days, even though he was playing amazing in the game. Also, he cleared the air about the situation that they had a good relationship outside the game and proved that they are still close friends.

Interviewer asked:

“Who were your best and worst teammates”

Seized replied:

“The best was flamie. We were close friends, we would go on walks together, go to the cinema and live together during events. Inside the game, we also had a great mutual understanding and we always played as a duo. It’s difficult to name the worst, as everyone had something that was better and worse about them.

It was quite difficult to play with s1mple, but obviously not because of his in-game performance, but his temperament and, at the time, young age. He wasn’t selective with his wording when it came to discontentment.

Nevertheless, outside of the game we always had a good relationship and it remains good, much like with all of my ex-teammates from NAVI. If we’re talking strictly level of play then, likely, my worst teammate was ceh9.”
