Jonatan Lundberg, known as “Devilwalk,” is a 30-year-old Swedish CS:GO coach who had been working for FunPlus Phoenix since January 2021. Before that, he was working with the same roster at SMASH and GODSENT.

Unfortunately, FunPlus Phoenix couldn’t grind as they did back in the days and couldn’t qualify for the PGL Major Stockholm 2021. Therefore, the organization decided to make roster changes even before the major starts.

In the announcement, the organization announced that they parted ways with their long-time coach, Devilwalk, with a mutual agreement and wished him good luck for his upcoming journey.

Furthermore, Devilwalk also stated on his official Twitter account that he is open to all offers from both CS:GO and VALORANT, but he didn’t decide which game he will be continuing on right now.

“I’m extremely thankful for the trust they put in me and for what we did during a lot of turbulent times,” Devilwalk said. “I have nothing but good things to say about the players. I wish them the best of luck and consider them all my friends!”

Here’s the official annouıncement from FunPlus Phoenix:

Hello Phoenix fans, we have some updates about our CS:GO roster. We have decided to part ways with Devilwalk under a mutual agreement. Good luck in the future!”

Devilwalk on his future:

Open to offers in CSGO or Valorant You can contact my Agency or you can just DM me and we can take it from there!”
