Pascal “Cryn” Alouane is a 26-year-old German Rainbow Six Siege player who had been playing for G2 Esports since November 2019. After three months, G2 Esports decided to bench him and shocked the community.

To take his place, they loaned the Hungarian player Ferenc “SirBoss” Mérész who is a member of PENTA Esports.

Here is what Cryn wrote:

“First of all id like to thank @G2esports for being an amazing organization, I have never experienced such a good environment and have never felt this supported. Id also like to thank my teammates for the time and the trust they’ve put into me. During my time with them I’ve learned more than I could ever imagine and I am very happy to call them part of my career.
Sadly, as everyone saw my performance wasn’t what I wished it to be, there are no hard feelings between me and the team what so ever, i just wasn’t the right fit for the team.”

He added:

“Furthermore, I would also like to point out that the last couple of months have been quite hard for me but I am at a point in life where I understood that esports is my passion and I am more than ready to improve and work even more. With that being said G2 are allowing me to explore my options, therefore any who wish to talk, my DMs are open.”

G2 player Fabian wrote this:

“Thank you @G2cryn for the time in the team, I wish you the best for the future, you’re a very professional player and have the mindset to take you wherever you want to get, if you summon the crazy mass fragger from CL again I promise you guys will see him on a top team again”
