G2 Esports Finally Announces Niko Signing For The CS:GO Roster

Nikola Kovac, known as “Niko,” is a 23-year-old Bosnian CS:GO player who had been playing for FaZe Clan since February 2017. Before that, he was playing for Mousesports. In his career, he earned over $700.000 from the events.

For a while, the CS:GO scene was hearing about the rumors that G2 Esports will add Niko to their roster and reunites him with his cousin, Nemanja “huNter,” Kovac. However, there was no statement from both sides until yesterday.

G2 Esports uploaded a new video to announce the signing of Niko, which they were kidnapping him from FaZe in the video and made the whole scene excited with this addition.

Furthermore, Niko shared his reaction by sharing a tweet and stated that he can’t be happier to play with his cousin and the rest of the players. While showing how excited he is, Niko also said that his goal to make G2 the best team in the world.

Here is the official announcement from G2 Esports:

“Biggest roster snatch in the CS:GO history, we got him.”

Here is what Niko said:

“I’m really excited to announce that I will be joining G2 Esports and I can’t explain how happy I’m that I will be playing with huNter and rest of the guys from now on. I’m coming to this lineup with the goal to bring them back to the top and make sure to stay there.”
