Mihael “Mikyx” Mehle is considered as one of the best European support players in League Of Legends. Since November 2018, he has been playing for G2 Esports. Prior to that, he was playing for Misfits Gaming.

Mikyx spoke in a recent interview with esports.com and talked about their performance in the LEC Summer 2021 so far, as well as the current standings in the European teams.

In the conversation, Mikyx pointed out that all of the teams in the LEC are strong and claimed that there is actually no horrible team in the league right now. According to Mikyx, everybody can win against each other.

Mikyx touched upon the fact that whenever he watches a game, he feels like the match could go either way. Furthermore, Mikyx revealed that it is so hard to play against all the teams because the skill level is so close to each other.

Therefore, the drafts are making the difference of which team ends up winning the game. As Mikyx said, drafts are the most important thing in the game, which is why coaches are so important at the same time.

Mikyx said:

“I feel like the LEC is pretty strong right now and I don’t think there’s an absolutely horrible team. I think every other team is pretty good and you never really know who will win the game, and it always seems like it could go either way whenever I watch a game.

It’s also harder to play against all the teams and when the teams are somewhat close in skill, so I feel like the draft decides a lot of games. I think right now, the most important thing is the draft and the better coach wins.”

Later in the conversation, Mikyx also shared his thoughts about Fnatic who performed bad in the Spring split and stated that they are actually a great team that will perform in the playoffs.
