Kevin Stahnke, known as “Sua,” is a German Rainbow Six Siege coach/analyst who has been working for G2 Esports since February 2019. Before that, he had worked for ENCE, Sprout, and PENTA.

Sua has shared a new post on his official Twitter account and gave a motivational speech for the young players in the scene. He stated that they should focus on winning all the time and try to prove they are the best in every game.

Here is what Sua wrote:

“It seems like the new generation of comp players don’t value events by itself. Competing to be the best, that’s a mindset some people need. We went to events in a small ass car and slept in tents, only to compete for mice. It’s not about the prize, it’s about who’s the best.”

A fan named Jordan replied:

“Didn’t the guys on G2 say how there was no point trying your hardest in Pro League because you have to win like 7 Pro League Finals to equal 1 Invitational in terms of prize money.”

Former G2 Esports player Goga replied:

“We knew we were in a rough spot in the 1st half before SI2019 therefore we decided to focus on winning SI2019 which is much bigger in terms of prestige than winning PL finals, it was not about the money.”
