One of the most earning players in the Rainbow Six Siege scene with over $300.000 earnings, Niclas “Pengu” Mouritzen, is a 22-year-old Danish player who has been playing for G2 Esports since August 2018.

Pengu has shared a new post on his official Twitter account and revealed his thoughts about the latest update that features the nerfs to Jager, Buck, and Mozzie. Pengu stated that he liked the approach to the Jager and besides these changes, he said that the most important problem is Wamai and Goyo’s gadgets.

Here is what Pengu wrote:

“Honestly Jager being 2/2 is a good thing. I still wish every operator was 2/2 and have universal speeds like in most fps games, maybe have unique passive abilities for Rook to be tankier/slower due to armor, or Caveria faster due to stealth/close quarter. But overall good.

Most of the test server patch is based around secondary gadgets ( nades, smokes ) and weapon nerfs/buffs. Not a single gadget change despite that being argueably the biggest issue. ( wamai, Goyo, Mozzie ) all over-tuned gadgets, yet we change weapons?”

Famous caster Interro replied:

“I got cooked for suggesting every operator be 2/2. Doing away with speed/armor would be such an amazing change and make for fairer gameplay.”

A fan named Dylon said:

“Dude jager mains really think because he’s being nerfed he also needs a buff to go with this?? Honestly this probably still won’t be a nerf enough. But it’s a great start.”

Another fan named Cassady added this comment:

“I hope that they scrap speed/armor in favor of a new system, perhaps with passive abilities like you mentioned.”
