One of the best players in the Rainbow Six Siege scene, Niclas “Pengu” Mouritzen, is a 23-year-old Danish player who has been playing for G2 Esports since August 2018. Previously, he was playing for PENTA Esports.

Pengu took to his official Twitter account to share his opinion about the current meta of the Rainbow Six Siege by replying to the tweet of eUnited analyst named DrewSpook.

In the post, Pengu mentioned the fact that having Echo banned during the Pro League was one of the best things that happened to the professional scene and said that this fact shows how tight and forced the current operator lineup is.

Furthermore, Pengu talked about how we can change the meta in a better way and claimed that having more adaptive and creative operators should help the meta as well as the professional players.

Here is what Pengu said:

“Echo being banned is one of the best things that’s happened to the pro siege in a while. It goes to show how tight and forced the current operator lineup is in general. we need more loose/adaptive/creative picks, and more fine tuning around meta operators.”
