One of the most earning players in the Rainbow Six Siege scene, Niclas Mouritzen, known as “Pengu,” is a 22-year-old Danish player who has been playing for G2 Esports since August 2018. In his career, he earned over $300.000 from the events.

After Ubisoft unveiled the new road for year 5 and 6, Pengu said that they are doing a great job and improving the health of the game will make Siege progress more than you think.

Here is what Pengu said:

“Ubisoft prioritizing the health of the game rather than pumping out new content is what’s push this game one step further, 2020/2021 is the year that siege gets pushed to tier 1 esports. Thank you to everyone at Ubi for believing in the game that we all love

One operator a season is amazing, with more new things there are less time to focus on old things. With this change we can spend more time on reworks and reworking less finctioning operators/maps etc. and get the entire game thriving rather than play catch up”

A fan named Thomas didn’t agree:

“Did we watch the same panel? I didn’t see any talks of “prioritising health of the game”. There are so many issues currently in siege that Ubisoft didn’t even mention. The only things they talked about were items that makes them more money.”

Another fan named SleepyTeddy replied:

“Absolutely down for the 1 operator a season and working on gameplay mechanics and reworks system that’s coming up. It’s like a mini operation health every season. But I also feel like many people will dislike this decision because they don’t understand quality over quantity”
