Gwak Bo-seong, known as “Bdd,” is a 21-year-old South Korean League Of Legends player who has been playing under Gen.G Esports jersey for over ten months. Before that, he was playing for KT Rolster.

With the start of LCK Spring 2020, Gen.G Esports instantly showed their talent to the audience. Until the seventh week, they only lost to T1, which is considered one of the best teams in the world.

Afterward, they lost another series to T1, and continued their bad performance in April while losing the DRX, SeolHaeOne Prince, and Hanwha Life Esports. However, they won every other matchup in the group stage.

Following this great performance, Gen.G finished in the first place at the tournament over T1, and Bdd became the most valuable player in the group stage, even against the best mid laner in the world, Faker.

Unfortunately, Gen.G Esports didn’t lose any series during the best of five finals against T1 and lost to trophy to the legendary organization. However, they wanted to prove themselves in Mid-Season Cup 2020.

At the group stage, Gen.G was in the first place and moved into the playoffs. Unfortunately, they eliminated in the knockout’s against Top Esports without winning any single match and ended up being in the 3rd-4th place in the tournament.

Moreover, the things were not great for Gen.G Esports in the LCK Summer 2020. They couldn’t play well as they did in the last split, and finished the group stage in the third place.

Even though Gen.G Esports was underperforming in the tournament, Bdd was proving that he is one of the best mid laners in the world and earned the most valuable player award once again.

But, this was not enough for the organization. They got eliminated in the semifinals against DRX while providing a great show to the audience. Even after these losses in 2020, Bdd and his colleagues were committed to prove their talent.

At the LCK Regional Finals 2020, they met T1 once again, but the things were different in this matchup. They learned from their mistakes and improved themselves a lot. Gen.G crushed T1 with a 3-0 series and earned a spot for the League Of Legends World Championship.

Following these results from three tournaments and the awards, Bdd earned $32.427 so far in 2020. Right now, Bdd and his friends are still fighting for the trophy in the Worlds and this number could rise in near future.
