Hanwha Life Esports is competing in the play-in stage of League Of Legends World Championship 2021 right now, and they managed to end the second day with 3 victories and one lose against LNG Esports.

After their matches ended, Deft spoke in a post-match interview and talked about their performances in the play-in stage so far as well as what changed for him compared to the last year at Worlds.

As you might recall, Deft competed in Worlds 2020 with DRX last year, and they managed to qualify for the playoffs from the second seed of Group D. However, they got eliminated against DAMWON Gaming.

In the conversation, Deft revealed that changed for him compared to the last year and pointed out that he feels more responsibility on his shoulders this year and he feels more comfortable on the rift as well.

Deft on what changed for him compared to last year:

“I’ve let the feeling of responsibility on my shoulders a lot compared to last year. I believe the pressure that I put on myself is less than what it used to be before. I can be more at ease during the game, compared to last year.”
