Abay Khassenov, known as “Hobbit,” is a 27-year-old Kazakh CS:GO player who has been playing for Gambit Esports since July 2020. Previously, he was playing for Winstrike, Hellrasisers, and Gambit Esports once again.

Back in 2017, the Brazilian roster that featuring Marcelo “coldzera” David and Gabriel “FalleN” Toledo, SK Gaming, as well as the Danish squad Astralis has been dominating the scene together.

In the meantime, there was something interesting that happened in PGL Major Kraków 2017. In the tournament, none of the favorite teams reached to the finals as Immortals and Gambit Esports faced each other, which resulted in favor of Gambit.

Yesterday was the anniversary of this special day, and Hobbit wanted to recall the time when they lift the trophy of Krakow major by sharing a new post on his official Twitter account.

In the post, Hobbit pointed out that he is so proud of their old roster not only because they win the major, but also they did it while SK Gaming and Astralis were on top. In this way, he showed how happy he is about the victory.

Hobbit said:

“I’m really proud of our 2017 team gambit, because We won the Major during Astralis’ & SK Gaming’s era.”
