George Kassa, known as “KingGeorge,” is a 30-year-old American former Rainbow Six Siege player who is one of the first winners of the Six Invitational tournament. After his retirement, he has become a full-time streamer on Twitch.

Rainbow Six Siege is one of the most difficult games to play with, and the toxicity makes the gaming experience even worse. Sometimes, players would kill their teammates to make them suffer playing the game.

Therefore, Ubisoft put a reverse friendly fire feature into the game. Whenever a person kills a teammate on purpose, it activates the reverse friendly fire. If this player continues to shoot his teammates, he will receive all the bullets he took due to this feature.

Unfortunately, the reverse friendly fire activates sometimes when a player accidentally kills his teammate, and which leaves him in a really bad spot where he needs to be more careful about where he shoots.

Yesterday, KingGeorge mentioned on his Twitter account that the friendly fire feature should be completely removed from the game except for the custom games because he thinks that it only creates more problems.

However, another streamer Macie Jay thinks otherwise and explained why it would be a huge problem. “I’d be down for this in casual but I think it would alter playstyles too heavily,” he said. “Imagine fuzing a room and having teammates entry at the same time.”

KingGeorge on friendly fire feature:

“Friendly fire should be removed from Rainbow 6 in all game modes outside of custom games. It causes way more problems, and toxicity than it brings in anything else.”
