League Of Legends’ lead game designer Jeevun Sidhu revealed what is going to change for the 11.15 patch notes by sharing a new post on his official Twitter account.

Even though the details are not revealed yet, they are aiming to nerf the champions that have the highest win rates such as Sylas, Gwen, and Irelia, who got a mini rework in 11.14 patch that increased her win rate significantly.

On the other side, the most unexpected nerf was coming to Aurelion Sol that has over 57% win rate in elite MMR, which is the highest win rate in the top level of the game and that’s why they are nerfing him.

As for the buffed champions, Riot decided to give a bit of love to Nidalee who had been struggling in the last three patches, as well as Kennen, Mordekaiser, Syndra, Xayah, Rell, and many more.

According to the official schedule of the Riot Games, 11.15 patch will go live on July 21, but I can be tested out in the pbe serves about a week ago.

Here is the announcement by Jeevun Sidhu:

“11.15 Patch Preview is here! Lot of pro-facing shakeups for playoffs in here, plus a couple of high performing solo queue champions.

For context: Aurelion Sol’s Elite win rate in the last 2 patches has been 57.3% and 57.4%. Both of those have been the highest win rates of any champion in Elite MMR.

He doesn’t have the highest ‘1 trick’ rate or comparable metric that would suggest his low play rate is a cause.”
