Guilherme Scalfi, known as “Guille,” is a 25-year-old Brazilian Rainbow Six Siege coach who has been working for MIBR since August 2019. Lastly, he led his team to win the Six Invitational 2020 Latin American Qualifier.

A few days ago, during the interview with Siege.gg, Guille revealed their goal at the Six Invitational and said that Ubisoft should try Swiss-system format for the tournaments.

Siege.gg asked:

“How do you think that the double-elimination playoffs will change the dynamic of the event, and what is your opinion of the one-map advantage in the grand final?”

Guille replied:

“This is a good system. We had played it during the OGA PIT Minor and it seems more competitive and fair. But, I think that Ubisoft should try a Swiss-system tournament, because it was nice to watch the Allied Esports last year.”

Siege.gg asked their goal for the event:

“What is the goal for your team at this event?”

Guille said:

“As all teams, we want the title. But, if we get the playoffs, it would be a great breakthrough.”
