Oleksandr Olehovych Kostyliev, known as “s1mple,” is a 23-year-old Ukrainian CS:GO player who has been representing Natus Vincere for over four and a half years. Before that, he was playing for Team Liquid.

Yesterday, Natus Vincere faced Astralis at the loser’s bracket of Blast Premier Fall 2020 Finals and couldn’t pass the Danish squad even after a monstrous performance from s1mple with a 1.32 rating.

After the devastating loss, s1mple took his official Twitter account to share his feelings about the matchup and explained the reason why they lost against Astralis.

In the post, s1mple mentioned that they couldn’t show their true potential in their map pick, which is Train. Additionally, s1mple pointed out another reason why they lost the series and said that team members showed poor individual performance in the matchup.

Here is what s1mple said:

This tournament is over for us, good game well played, Astralis. Sad that we didn’t show what we are capable of at our map pick and of course a terrible individual game from our team. Good luck, next.”
