Oleksandr Olegovych Kostyliev, known as “s1mple,” is a 22-year-old Ukranian CS:GO player who has been playing for Natus Vincere since 2016. Before that, he was playing for Team Liquid. In 2018, he was the best player in the world and last year, he was the second-best behind the French prodigy Mathieu “ZywOo” Herbaut.

Yesterday, ESL and Valve announced that the Rio Major has postponed due to the coronavirus outbreak that affects all around the world. Currently, over 300K cases have been confirmed by the governments.

After seeing this news, s1mple used his official Twitter account to share his reaction. He stated that this was the right decision to do and agreed with this decision. Also, he shared his goodwill with the community and warned them of coronavirus danger.

Here is what s1mple said:

“Great decision by CSGO/ESL about major. Stay healthy, everyone, please”

A fan user named Reddison replied:

“Always wash your hands and observe social distancing.”

Another fan user named Hikki added this comment:

“You’ll win your first major with a crowd.”
