Nathan Jordan Schmitt, known as “NBK,” is a 26-year-old French CS:GO player who had been playing for OG Esports since December 2019. Previously, he had played for teams like G2 Esports, Team Vitality, and more.

Following the devastating showings in the tournaments and not being able to compete against the high-tier teams, OG Esports decided to make roster changes and their first decision was parting ways with NBK.

NBK stated that they went through a lot with the roster and managed to get decent success but admitted that they couldn’t consistently perform in the high level. Afterward, he stated that CS will be his number one priority and shutted down the Valorant rumors before it started.

Here is the official announcement of OG Esports:

“Thank you NBK. Thank you for your hard work and everything you made possible. Thank you for the unforgettable memories.

Even though today we part ways, you wrote a page of OG’s history and we’ll always be grateful for it.”

NBK said:

“The OG Esports adventure comes to an end! We went through a lot and reached decent success but ultimately we didn’t agree on how to consistently perform at the highest level. CS has been my #1 priority for 11 years and will continue to be.”
