Nikolaj Kristensen, known as “Niko,” is a 22-year-old Danish CS:GO player who had played for teams like Heroic, Optic Gaming, and many more. In his career, he earned over $200.000 from the events.

As you might remember, OG Esports decided to part ways with NBK in the start of this month, and added Niko as a stand-in player. Yesterday, the organization announced that they added Niko into their family via Twitter.

As OG Esports represented Niko to their followers, Niko also took his official Twitter account to share his feelings about joining OG Esports and stated that he is so excited for this opportunity and looking forward to competing in the events.

Here is the official announcement from OG Esports:

“Ready to ignite the Danish Dynamite? Introducing to the world our new pew pew boy niko!”

Niko wrote:

“This may or may not come as a surprise – I’m officially signed to OG!💥 I’m extremely excited for this opportunity and I can’t wait for what is to come!”
