29-year-old Canadian caster Parker “Interro” Mackay is a former Call Of Duty player. Since 2017, he is a caster for ESL. On 12 July, he shares his opinion to balance Echo.

G2 Esports player Pengu about Echo:

“Echo just needs his drones to be more visible so you can find them without IQ, I wouldnt mind giving him either 1 drone only, OR remvoing the entire ability to stop the plant, its such a low skill and dumb mechanic, where youre staring at the ceiling and you cant see it.”

Interro replied:

“Here’s what I’d do to Echo:

1: make Yokai drones somewhat easier to see

2: only Echo can spectate the Yokais (tie it into his unique wrist gadget or whatever)

3: make the burst disorient but it no longer stops attackers from planting.”

Interro added:

“Or make it so that his burst knocks you off the plant but only disorients you for like 2 seconds. I actually like that the planter can be punished by Yokai drones but overall Echo is too strong at the moment.”

Or make it so that his burst knocks you off the plant but only disorients you for like 2 seconds. I actually like that the planter can be punished by Yokai drones but overall Echo is too strong at the moment.
