Rainbow Six Siege Caster KiXSTAr Passed Away Due To A Car Crash

Michael Stockley, known as “KiXSTAr,” was an American Rainbow Six Siege caster who started his career in 2016 as a player. After switching to becoming a commentator, he changed the whole Siege community with his passion for the game.
Yesterday, KiX’s long time friend and colleague Parker “Interro” Mackay announced on his official Twitter account that KiX passed away a few days ago and shared a statement from his family.
Even though the cause of death was never announced in the statement, Interro revealed later that KiXSTAr died due to a car crash. Also, Interro mentioned that no one else was injured or involved in the accident.
Following the death of such an iconic personality, the whole Rainbow Six Siege community was shocked and saddened. All of the players sent their condolences to KiX’s family and prayed for his soul.
Here’s the announcement from KiX’s family:
“On Monday, October 11 Michael “KiXSTAr” Stockley passed away unexpectedly. He had so much planned for the future, and he was looking forward to working with so many of you.
Michael worked hard to lift up the R6 Siege community, and in turn so many of you lifted him up as well. We are grateful for the love and support that we have experienced from so many of you. Keep it going, pay it forward, and keep lifting each other up.”
Interro revealed KiX’s cause of death:
“After speaking with his family they wanted to share that Michael passed away doing what he loved second most in this world: driving. He was by himself & no one else was injured or involved. While it’s understandable to be curious please respect the family’s privacy. Thank you.”
