Aaron Chung, known as “Gotcha” is an American former Rainbow Six Siege coach who had worked for Team SoloMid and Evil Geniuses before. On 25 December 2019, he re-joined the Evil Geniuses as a player.

On 18 December, after G2 Esports lost their spot for the Six Invitational 2020, Gotcha said that they should have invited by Ubisoft.

Gotcha said:

“Honestly, G2 should automatically have a spot to SI 2020 for winning the last Invitational and to defend their title. It’d be pretty weird to see G2 not at Invitational.”

G2 Esports player Pengu replied:

“Yes and no, its a hard one because weve failed to get our own spot ( so far, can still qualify ) which in most peoples eyes and our own, means we shouldnt be there, if we are that good why cant we qualify like everyone else. nobody should be invited in a perfect world”

A fan named Bailey Hindom replied:

“I support G2 fully but this is exactly why I don’t think there should be an invite spot. It should go to another team who hasn’t been able to get through due to having ba tuff run. G2 haven’t had that. We need to show that we can win before we are invited but #G2ARMY”

Another fan, named steffan campbell replied:

“There shouldn’t be one altogether if they aren’t getting it because they can’t qualify then why should another team that can’t qualify get it”
