Niclas “Pengu” Mouritzen is a 22-year-old Danish Rainbow Six Siege player who has been representing G2 Esports since August 2018. Before that, he was playing for PENTA Esports. In these two teams, he earned over $325.000 from the tournaments.

On 4 December, after the new operation came up, Pengu said that what Ubisoft should change for the Amaru and Goyo.

Pengu said:

“Amaru and goyo are now officially allowed for comp play ( qualifiers etc) it won’t be enabled in oga due to the qualifier being a while back. The three months cage is over yet there’s been no tweaks to the operators? Goyo being overwhelming and Amaru the opposite. Concerning.”

He added:

“Suggested fix? Mark goyo shields with some sort of graffiti / color reduce one shield down to 2. In current state you can’t tell the difference nor do you have enough explosives to get rid of shields, maestros and player positions, you’ll be starved of resources”

Pengu continued:

“Goyo in 3 months plus jaegar and messtro means 11 denies ( 6 jaegar and 5 wamai) three shields and 2 maestros. Imagine having to deal with that with Sofia thatcher buck double hard breach”

Team Secret player LeonGids replied:

“They’ll wait to see how strong he is in comp then nerf”

Pengu wrote:

“That’s exzctly the issue”

LeonGids said:

“Yeah, I don’t like that way of things at all. Same with Nomad, released OP af, then nerfed over the season”

Pengu replied:

“I believe the three months should be used to gather feedback and then utilise it before released into comp, especially if its very one sided feedback like with goyo”

LeonGids wrote:

“Surprised it’s not the case tbh, that’s what they should be used for.”
