One of the best players in the Rainbow Six Siege scene, Niclas “Pengu” Mouritzen, is a 22-year-old Danish player who has been representing G2 Esports for over one and a half years. In his career, he earned over $300.000 from the events.

Pengu has shared a new tweet on his official Twitter account and revealed his opinion about the new gadget in the game.

As you might already know, Ubisoft added a new motion sensor which provides intel to the players by detecting players who are near to the gadget. However, it is not live yet and you can try it out on the test server if you want.

After seeing this update, Pengu stated that he is massively against this gadget because it has no skill level and crazy high value to the team.

Here is what Pengu wrote:

“I am massively against the new beep boop motion sensor, it’s like a claymore on the attack but doesn’t kill. its lazy, crazy high value & requires no skill. but on another hand, its barbed wire replacement.

Barbed wire takes skill in positioning, and how to use it and create chokes. but the beep boop is just slam it down and boom value, you cant punish poor placement.”

Famous content creator Macie Jay replied:

“I’m excited to deliberately trigger the alarm to bait defenders to peek me.”

Pengu said:

“I would be excited, but with how fast TTK is in the game, I doubt you will win many of those gunfights. I do however wish you the best of luck as it would make for great content.”
