Sentinels’ TenZ: “The Player Probably Hardest To Shut Down Is cNed”

20-year-old Canadian Valorant player Tyson “TenZ” Ngo, who is playing for Sentinels, spoke in a recent interview with James Banks and revealed the most difficult player to play against in the game.

TenZ was always a mechanically good player even in his CS:GO days, but when he switched to Valorant last year, he showed to the world that he is one of the best players in the world.

TenZ proved his worth by winning the biggest tournament in the Valorant scene, VCT Masters Reykjavík, without losing any single map. During this time, he had experienced the European ranked while playing against the best players of the region.

Even though there are such star and famous players such as Andrej “babybay” Francisty and Adil “ScreaM” Benrlitom, TenZ revealed that Turkish youngster Mehmet Yağız “cNed” İpek is actually the hardest player to shut down.

cNed is has been playing for Acend since March 2021, and he has been the biggest factor of the organization’s success. However, his efforts weren’t enough for them to qualify for the VCT Masters Reykjavík.

However, TenZ probably played against him in the scrims as well as in the ranked, and also saw his gameplay in the tournaments. While TenZ was saying that cNed is playing such similitude to him, he also praised his talent.

TenZ said about the Turkish star:

“The player that I would say was probably the hardest to shut down or even shut me down was cNed because his AWP is insane, especially like his Jett gameplay.

I would say he play very similar to how I do, where he just like tries to piss off people. And the way he plays is really confident.”
