Alexander Magor, known as “Skys,” is a 24-year-old American Rainbow Six Siege player who had played for teams like Team Reciprocity, Obey Alliance, and more. Lastly, he was playing for DarkZero Esports.

After the players such as Niclas “Pengu” Mouritzen and Troy “Canadian” Jaroslawski announced their retirement, Skys also saddened the community by retiring from the competitive Siege in May 2021.

Recently, Spacestation Gaming announced the departure of Javier “Thinkingnade” DeAndre Escamilla, who also announced his retirement afterward, and they had been looking for a replacement.

Yesterday, the North American organization announced that they agreed with Skys by sharing a new post on their official Twitter account.

Furthermore, Skys also mentioned that the offer he received from Spacestation Gaming was unexpected and said that he couldn’t reject such a great organization. Then, he admitted that it is hard to replace Thinkingnade but he is excited to play once again.

Afterward, Skys pointed out that he had no intentions to play once again and informed the teams during Six Mexico Major that he won’t return from retirement. However, he thought about returning to the game with the organizations that could compete internationally.

“During Mexico I had informed multiple teams that I had no plan to come out of retirement & I was genuinely inching towards continuing streaming & seeing where desk talent could go,” Skys said. “Then a few teams that I felt could compete internationally(SSG clearly being one) reached out.”

Skys on joining Spacestation Gaming:

“This offer was so unexpected & there was just no chance I couldn’t accept the opportunity to play with these guys. I have huge shoes to fill in Nades place & Im just excited to get to work”

Spacestation Gaming is now:

Nathanial “Rampy” Duvall
Dylan “Bosco” Bosco
Alec “Fultz” Fultz
Matthew “Hotancold” Stevens
Alexander “Skys” Magor
