T1 Valorant Player Brax Calls Out To The Matchfixers: “Don’t Ruin Your Career”

Braxton Pierce, known as both “Brax” and “Swag,” is a 24-year-old American former CS:GO player who had played for teams like iBUYPOWER, Cloud9, Swole Patrol, and more. Since March 2020, he has been playing Valorant for T1.

During his CS:GO career in iBUYPOWER, Brax involved one of the biggest scandals of the game. They threw the match against NetcodeGuides.com and earned lots of skins. However, Valve banned all of the players besides Tyler “Skadoodle” Latham after learning the truth.

Brax took to his official Twitter account to share his opinion about the recent rumors about the CS:GO scene, which some tier 2 players trying to throw matches and switching to Valorant, and gave advice for them.

In the post, Brax stated that the people who are thinking about match-fixing is need to check out his own career to see how bad it is. He said that it is not a good idea at all and stated that they should not ruin their careers for a temporary self gain.

Here is what Brax said:

“How can people look at my story and think throwing a match is a good idea? Please don’t ruin your future/career for temporary self gain.”

CS:GO player Smooya replied:

“Update me? Which fucking idiot has been banned now.”

Brax replied:

“Just a lot of rumors of MDL players throwing and switching to Valorant.”
