Tyler Latham, known as “Skadoodle,” is a 27-year-old American former CS:GO player who is in the first North American team that won a major, Cloud9. Since June 2020, he has been playing Valorant for T1.

When the fans heard about Ska’s entrance to the T1’s Valorant roster alongside young talents like Braxton “brax” Pierce and Victor “food” Wong, expectations were so high. However, the team struggled in the tournaments and couldn’t get any success in the big tournaments.

After all the results, Skadoodle took to his official Twitter account yesterday and announced that he benched himself from the roster until a further date.

In the tweet, Skadoodle stated that he is not going to play in the upcoming tournament, Pop Flash, and won’t be playing in the next events for a while. Ska mentioned that he has been grinding to improve his Operator skills and expands his agent pool.

Moreover, Skadoodle said that he will be practicing with the other teams during this time and planning to return to the roster when the time is right. As Skadoodle stated, he will be back soon and will be better than ever.

Here is what Skadoodle said:

An update to my fans, and fans of T1:

As you may have noticed, I haven’t been playing with the squad in competitions, and again won’t be competing in this weekend’s event.

I have been grinding to expand my agent pool and overall impact with the OP and will be back with T1 when the time is right, but in the meantime am going to be practicing with other teams to stay sharp. I’ll be back soon and better than ever.”
