Timothy Ta, known as “Autimatic,” is a 25-year-old American former CS:GO player who made a name for himself with Cloud9 between 2016-2019. In February 2021, he joined T1 as a Valorant player.

Jett is one of the most popular and strong agents in the game that has the highest pick rate in the professional arena. Therefore, the community had been waiting for a nerf for Jett, which was finally received recently.

Riot Games announced the new patch notes for Valorant, which was featuring the Jett nerfs that targeted her ultimate ability and utility. From now, Jett will only have two smokes on her kit and her ultimate won’t be refreshed if she gets a kill with the alternative click.

After reading these balancing changes, Autimatic shared his opinion about it by sharing a new post on his official Twitter account.

In the post, Autimatic pointed out that neither Jett’s smoke or ultimate ability was the biggest problem for her, even though seeing these nerfs is a good quality of life change for the competitive play.

Furthermore, the experienced player mentioned that Jett’s dash ability needs to be reworked or nerfed in a short period because he believes that Jett’s dash ability is the strongest part about her.

Autimatic on the Jett nerfs:

“I don’t think smokes and knives are the issues with Jett. This does nerf her a little but, in my opinion, her dash mechanic needs to be reworked or nerfed.”
